Bangkok
....known to the Thais as “ Krungthep “,  which means the City of Angels, was  established  in 1782 by  Chakri Dynasty  and is situated on the historically renowned “ River of Kings “ , Chao Phraya. When flying into this vast  metropolis of approximately 10 million people, one sees a very modernized lifestyle  It is a mixture of East and West, the ancient and the modern.

Thailand ‘s major gateway . one of Asia’s most cosmopolitan cities , political, commercial , educational and diplomatic center and is still best suited for a glimpse of the traditional arts, architecture, religion and other  aspects of the  Thai  people .  Incredibly, amidst this sybaritic world, Bangkok manages to preserve its cultural heritage to an amazing degree. 
 
 Ayutthaya
....The  ancient capital city  or Phra Nakhon si Ayutthaya. The Thai capital for 417 years. And  around Ayutthaya still remains the  many ancient ruins of this former capital and art works founded in 1350 by King U-Thong when the Thai were forced southwards by northern neighbors.  There also situated the Royal Summer Palace. Suggested tours with the famous  Royal Summer Palace  at Bang-pa-in, a fascinating blend of style, eastern and western, set amid beautiful gardens and ornamental lakes and the Folk Art Center and the  monumental ruins of Ayutthaya  & etc.
 
River Kwai

....A journey 130 km. to Kanchanaburi, where situated the historical  Bridge over the River Kwai  of cinematic fame  and the exciting original  cemetery of Allied prisoners of World War II  who perished while building the notorious Death Railway during captivity in World War II and  war museum. Suggested tours to  the Death Railway  and to Nam Tok via spectacular cliff hanging wooden viaduct, to view the waterfalls of  Sai Yok & etc. 
 

Hua Hin  &   Cha-am

....Thai former popular beach of the Royal  family and the royalty since 1920’s  and among Thailand’s oldest and still less-developed beach resorts which offer an ideal location for a relaxed side trip from Bangkok for sun, sand, sea and the most wonderful Thai seafood.  Suggested tours by foot pedaled  trishaw to downtown Hua-Hin including visits to railway station, night market and fishing pier, And also a visit to the Khao Luang Cave as well as the most Important temples in Petchburi  & etc.

The Grand Palace and Emerald Buddha Temple

This Bangkok landmark, which features some of the most spectacular architecture in Southeast Asia. It is located on huge compound at Na Phra Lan Road near Sanam Luang. The palace begun in 1782, and is famous for its impressive buildings . The magnificent Royal chapel, Wat Phra Kaeo Morakot, which is in the same compound, houses the Emerald Buddha, the most sacred Buddha image  carved from a single block of fine jade, the Dusit Palace, the Arphonphimok Palace, the Phiman Rataya Palace and  the Chakri Palace



 

City and Temple Tour

Highlights a visit to the three famous temple in Bangkok -  The Reclining Buddha Temple ( WAT PO) – one of Bangkok oldest and biggest temple with the largest  number of pagodas (95 in all) in the city , founded in the 16th century and  famous  for its gigantic gold-plated Reclining Buddha . The  Golden Buddha Temple (WAT TRAIMITR)  –  with glittering statue cast in 5.5 tons of solid gold  and The Marble Temple ( WAT  BENCHAMABOPHIT)  – also one of the interesting temple  and well known for its magnificent  main building decorated with cross beams of lacquer and gold.



 

Chao Phraya River Tour & Wat Arun

Boat trip along the bustling  “ Chao Phraya River “ the Venice of the East through the quiet canals. A stop is made at Wat Arun – the Temple of Dawn  which is attractive in its striking prangs – a kind of pagoda which are decorated with millions of pieces of Chinese porcelain. And its central prang at a height of a 20 storey building, where a good view of the nearby surroundings can be obtained .
 


 

National Museum

One of Asia’s most comprehensive museums. It houses various artifacts found  in all parts of Thailand ranging from Neolithic period, Sukhothai,  Ayuthaya, to Bangkok period.  The complex also began in 1782, consists of several old buildings of colorful Thai architectural design



 

Vimanmek Royal Mansion
( Daily 8.30 –12.00 hrs , 13.00 – 16.00 hrs.)
The world’s largest golden  teak wood  Mansion , which only opened to the public in 1982 . It  has 81 rooms,  Halls and ante rooms, excluding terraces and verandahs. Near the entrance to The Vimanmek Mansion is the Royal Carriage Museum where a splendid collection of 13 royal horse drawn carriages  with great historical value once used during the reign of King Rama V



 

Damnern  Saduak Floating Market & Rose Garden    
( Full Day Tour )
Morning trip to Ratchaburi Province  with a visit to  the most colorful  ,  interesting and authentic rural floating market  among shoppers and vendors who ply their wares from tiny boats. Then proceed visit tour to the Rose Garden with a delightful  lunch included set beside a lake and river.
